| Dr. Wilson Hickam founded Omega Foundation to provide a way to connect caring people with some of the neediest people of our world and a means to give tangible help. Omega has taken teams of willing professionals to train counselors, build conference centers, and teach reconciliation to government, community, and religious leaders. All U.S. participants pay their own expenses and donate their services, so that Omega Foundation funds go only for local costs of meetings and construction. We hire all local workers thereby providing employment and helping their economy. We have also established micro-credit banks to give loans to women to start businesses.
